Spa Services: Information For Our Guests

Parking
We have plenty of lighted private parking at our front door.

Timing
In order to enhance your experience, we suggest that you arrive 15 minutes early. Enjoy a beverage, read a great magazine and relax in our Quiet Room prior to your treatment. Please understand that if you are late, we may have to ask you to accept an abbreviated service.

Cancellations
A 24 hour cancellation is required so we may inform our wait-listed clients of availability. Less than 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the service fee. Missed appointments with no notification will be charged in full. Services requiring 2 hours or more must be secured with a credit card or gift certificate number.

Payment
We accept cash, checks and major credit cards for your convenience.

Considerations
To ensure a relaxing and tranquil experience for yourself and others, use of cell phones is prohibited. We love children, but unfortunately do not have the facilities to accommodate them.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards are available in any amount and are always much appreciated by family, friends and colleagues for any occasion. They may be purchased while visiting our boutique, or by telephone with a credit card. They come beautifully gift-wrapped and ready to be given. All gift cards have a one year expiration from date of purchase, no exceptions.

Friday 9 am - 5 pm
Saturday 9 am - 4 pm

Gratuities We are often asked "Is it appropriate to tip?" Since our service prices do not include gratuity, whatever gratuity you feel comfortable leaving is always greatly appreciated. We are also frequently asked "How much is a proper tip?" The average is 15% to 20% depending on your enjoyment of the service provided.

Appointments
We strongly recommend that clients book their future appointments before leaving to ensure availability at a convenient time.
