Love notes

"...I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to all of the Waterlily girls.  I am not sure I can express how much you and your beautiful boutique mean to me, and many more like me. It might sound so silly that a place filled with makeup, beauty products, and spa treatments could be held so dear.  At the ripe old age of 55 years with 28 plus years of being a part of Corp America (still a boys club) I have learned what creates success and what causes failure.  Culture and trust are at the top of that list.  You have all built a company based on trust with one another which spill into the trust that's established with your customer -trust that you will always provide a great product with superior customer service in an environment that creates a sense of peace and happiness with all who enter the Waterlily doors the confidence that they will be taken care of and made even more beautiful after each visit.  

For me, and I am sure for many others, the experience is more about the friendships and beautiful people that I have been blessed to now call friends... So to all of you I wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year...

P.S... As always I was told how beautiful I looked last night after Mary's magic!!!

"My Mother and I just 'walked in' (on recommendation from a friend) to check out the place and possible get some information on some makeup. I had no idea what to expect, but honestly it couldn't have been a better experience. We were greeted, welcomed and we both can't say enough good things about our time here. We felt like we'd be walking into a scenario from the movie Pretty Woman.  We were in our knock around clothes and probably looked like we were completely lost, but...it was far from that. They treated us like queens and it was just SO wonderful to find service like that, especially in today's world. Needless to say...we'll be back again and again!"
