Treatments include pigmentation on face or body.

Benefits

  • Eliminates pigmentation caused by sun damage: age spots, sunspots, freckles (moles or raised lesions can NOT be treated.)

  • Evens skin tone

Considerations

  • This procedure is best done in the fall &winter months for those who are outdoors often in the spring & summer months

  • DAILY use of SPF is a must, even in the winter for optimum results

Contraindications

  • No Botox or Fillers 2 weeks prior to laser treatment on face

  • No retinols or peeling agents (AHA’s & BHA’s) used on the area being treated 5-7 days prior to treatment

  • No photosensitizing medications for 10 days prior to treatment. (A patch test can be performed if medication is long-term)

  • An established tan CANNOT be treated for pigmentation

  • No sun exposure 2 weeks prior or 2 weeks post-treatment

  • No tanning lotion or bronzing agents present during treatment on areas being treated

  • Treatment cannot be performed on pregnant women

Pricing & Treatment Frequency

  • Typically 2-4 sessions are needed to achieve desired results

  • Treatments are spaced 4-6 weeks apart if additional treatments are necessary
